Almost 7

Can you believe how big Adam is? I swear he grew several inches and gained many pounds since his last birthday. I can hardly pick him up these days.

Masked bandit (in pink)

Adam was using face paint to make himself a bandit. I didn't get a picture of it, but his was black. He then proceeded to draw a mask on Jacob, in pink.

Perspective

So, today I am 36. I know you're never supposed to admit you're over 29. I still LOOK much younger than 29, but the truth is I'm 36.

So I was scanning some old family photos and came across this gem:

If you can believe it, my dad is 36 in this picture. And my mom is 34. I am TWO YEARS older than my mom was when she had her 7th child.

 Jacob loves hats. This is one of Adam's hats, and he puts it on whenever he finds it.

Hungry

The other day I came into the kitchen to find this:

Apparently Jacob was hungry, so he got himself a tub of cereal, climbed up into his chair, and had some breakfast.

Trip to the Zoo

Adam's kindergarten class went to the zoo, so I took Jacob and Brynlee along.

I think Jacob was distressed because his shoe came off (I discovered this later).

I had to buy Jacob a hat so his blonde head would not get sunburned. Here we are on the train.
