Conversation with Adam

Adam: I don't like playing with XYZ friend.
Me: Why?
Adam: He uses potty language and tries to get me to use potty language.
Me: Hmmm.
Adam: He follows Satan.
Me: (trying not to laugh)
Adam: Yeah, he does bad things.

What's wrong with this picture?

So our family got home late from the Lehi Rodeo (post coming soon!), and Sam put Adam to bed. Something seemed a little off to me when Adam yelled from his bedroom: "Mom, I need you to check on me in 5 minutes. Dad is asleep!" :)

Quiet Time

War Wounds

Jacob got his first "stitches", which were really glue and steri-strips. He climbs all over in the bathtub, and he slipped and bonked his eye.

Bang On My Drum

For the end of the year dance festival, Adam's preschool class performed to "Bang On My Drum All Day"--that's why he's wearing the lei. Here's a cute video--sorry some of it gets blurry. I think Adam shakes his hips the best of the orange group!

Soccer Fan

Jacob loved attending Adam's soccer games. His favorite was the little blue camping chair! He LOVES being outside!

Preschool Graduation

Here's Adam with his preschool teacher, Miss Jana. He learned all his letters and sounds, and learned them all in sign language!

Just Chillin

As Jacob learned to crawl, this was one of his favorite poses. Not on the back, not on the belly--chillin' on his side like he's waiting for me to feed him peeled grapes!

Deals to Meals

Now this is my kind of shopping and saving! It does cost a little money, but no flyers, coupons, etc. It just tells you the best deals all the time. What I love about this--it compares the prices to Costco and Walmart. Since that is where I shop, those are the prices I need to beat!
